Include screenshots only if you choose to, and remove personal prompts or names first. For Charade purchase help, try Settings → Restore purchases using the Apple or Google Play account that made the purchase. Charade Pro and Spyfall Pro are separate purchases, and purchases do not transfer between the Apple and Google stores.
